Before/After School Clubs
We can offer wraparound care on site from 7.30am to 6.00pm (term time only).
Hullavington School Breakfast Club
Breakfast club will start at 7.30am to 8:45am at a cost of £6.00 a session per child and will take place in the school hall. These sessions need to be booked and paid for termly in advance via the school office and the fee includes breakfast. Mrs Ellen Murrow will be leading this initiative, supported by Mrs Shaw.
After-School Care
Our after-school care will run from 3.15pm until 6.00pm at a cost of £15.00 a session per child. Please note that we currently do not operate the club on a Friday due to a lack of demand. For children attending the after-school care they will be provided with a snack on arrival (e.g. biscuit / fruit) and a light tea (e.g. chicken wraps, sandwiches, pizza etc.) with access to plenty of drinking water. These sessions are run by Mrs Davina Wain, Miss Natalie Smith and Mrs Tori Greenman. These sessions need to be booked and paid for termly in advance via the school office.
Booking and payment will be through through the main school office. We will be able to take employer childcare vouchers or vouchers via the Government tax free childcare scheme. If you are not using one of these schemes payment can be made via bank transfer or in cash to the school office. Booking in advance is strongly advised to secure your space. If you do not require a regular place then 'one off' spaces may be available but we cannot guarantee this as spaces are limited. You would need to contact Mrs Chapman in the Office to see if it is available and to arrange payment.

Teacher clubs will run as normal for all children. If children attending the after-school care would like to attend a teacher run club as well they can apply in the normal way. If successful, once the teacher run club finishes they will then transition to the after-school care. Teacher clubs run until 4.15pm but do not run every night. Please Note - teachers give up their free time to run a club based on their interests and planned around when they are available. We are grateful for them for doing this. There will be no reduction of afterschool care fee if a child attends a teacher led club or if a child is collected before 6pm.
After School Clubs
The school runs lots of different clubs which change each term - depending on the childrens and teachers interests. These will finish at 4.15pm. Look out for the letter which comes out at the beginning of each term which will explain which clubs we are running and which year groups each club is open to.
